There is no water tank, no heat and no visible mist, so the oil is not diluted and nothing settles on furniture, screens or stock. Compared with reed diffusers, sprays and heated burners, nebulizing machines are the only method that scents a large commercial volume evenly and predictably.

Do I need to connect the machine to my air conditioning?

No. These are waterless nebulizing machines — the oil is atomised into dry micro-particles, so there is no mist, no dampness and no oily film on surfaces, screens or merchandise.

Can I use my own fragrance oil in the machine?

We only support oils formulated for nebulizing systems. Water-based, alcohol-based or diluted room sprays clog the nozzle and will void the warranty. All 14 AromaCare oils are blended for these machines.

Do you install, and do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Yes. We install and configure in Nairobi and the surrounding counties, and deliver countrywide by courier with remote setup support. Larger sites and HVAC connections start with a site survey.

Is there a warranty and can I get spare parts locally?

Machines carry a 12-month warranty. Spares, filters and servicing are handled locally, so a repair does not mean waiting on an import.
